Today as a world-class PCB provider in Taiwan, WUS has deeply strived for the research and development of leading technologies to meet stringent requirements on industrial, medical applications. The company is trying the best to be a significant and reliable supply-chain partner to customers, not simply a PCB maker at all.
Having founded the company in 1972, Mr. L. K. Wu named the company "WUS" after his family name as a commitment to sustainable and continuous operation. Today, "WUS" also represents the company's core values in pursuit of win-win together with customers and suppliers, which is embodied in our motto: "Wish U Success, Wish Us Success."

Labor Rights
1、No hiring of minors
The company shall not hire anyone who is below 15 years old. This does not include those who have graduated from elementary and those who have been certified by the department heads that their employment shall not be hazardous to their health. If minors are hired, the company shall obey and follow the rules set by the Labor Laws regarding employment of minors. The company shall strictly follow the allowable working hours and work periods.
2、No forced labor
All labor or work should be voluntary. The employees shall be notified within reasonable time the description of his work, and he shall have the right to accept or reject it voluntarily. The company shall not use the employee’s salary, benefits, belongings or documents as a leverage to force the employee to continue employment or as conditions for employment.
3、Provide a safe and healthy work environment
The company shall provide and safe and healthy work environment for its employees. It shall provide information about safety and health, conduct work safety seminars and training on a regular basis. It shall also set up measures that shall detect, prevent and resolve any hazards or potential hazards that may affect the safety of the employees.
4、Ensure that here will be no coercion, threats and unlawful discrimination in the workplace
The company shall not allow threats, coercions, maltreatment and sexual harassment in the workplace, including positioning, verbal and body contacts. The company shall also ensure that employment shall not be discriminated and biased due to race, social strata, language, philosophy, religion, party affiliation, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, facial features, or previous work experiences.
5、Humane treatment
The company recognized the respect of each employee. It shall not use or cause the use of corporal punishment, mental or verbal abuse, or bodily harm to any of the employees.
6、Salary
The salary of the employees shall be according to the rate prescribed by the Labor Law and shall not be lower than the basic salary. The salary shall not be deducted as a result and form of punishment.
7、Freedom of participating association
Employees would feel free to participate in varieties of community events and activity authorities.
