3.Supply chain management

The company's management of suppliers is based on the "Supplier Management Measures" and has signed purchase contracts with major suppliers, requiring them to comply with relevant laws and policies.

At present, the company's supplier management process includes preliminary supplier screening, sample trial production, suppliers filling in basic information and self-evaluation forms, supplier system audits, qualified supplier registration and regular supplier evaluation. The supplier evaluation items include price, quality, service and other items, totaling 100 points.

The company grades suppliers according to the items they provide, and conducts quarterly assessments and scoring. If the evaluation grade is judged to be excellent, the purchasing proportion may be increased based on demand considerations; if the evaluation grade is judged to be acceptable, it is recommended; if the evaluation grade is judged to be qualified but needs to be improved, the supplier will be analyzed and managed for the reasons; evaluation If the inspection grade is found to be unqualified, it will be reviewed whether to go to the factory for audit, suspend procurement, or eliminate the material or supplier.

In addition, according to our company's "Supplier Management Measures", if we actually go to the factory for audit, we can ask the supplier to provide feedback on audit deficiencies and improvement plans during the process. After the audit confirms that the reasons for disqualification have been improved, and if it is determined to be qualified, then The supplier qualification will be restored. If the supplier still fails to meet the standards, the supplier qualification will be cancelled.
